Job Description:

• Own general ledger accounting and analysis, ensuring precision and compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and verify balance sheet and income statement integrity.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned.
• Assist with strategic financial planning and provide insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• Advanced Excel User
• 3+ years of experience within a service-based industry
